Today that means Metro Nashville building permits and permit applications — new construction, additions, alterations, tenant improvements and demolition — re-checked every six hours. Property transfers, business licences and additional metro markets are in validation and are not yet published as opportunity sources.

We clean and organize the data

We add company and contact intelligence when available
When reliable company or contact information can be verified, Your Market Signal adds it to the opportunity to give you an even faster path to action, with the source of every value recorded. Availability varies by project and source record.

Scores come from a transparent weighted rules model, not a black box. On every opportunity you can open the breakdown and see exactly which factors contributed and by how much. We do not claim to predict the future — we rank what is measurably in front of you.
